Drew and I apologize for the sound and
video problems. We're stumped. This
new system (pre-recorded video with
live chat) worked well on our tests, but
obviously is not working today. We are
not able to maintain a connection to
our steaming server in Richmond, VA.
We're going to have to cancel the session
and regroup. We'll try to get the videos
up on the archives very soon.
